Dosage

Usual dosage from 3 to 7 years - 5 ml 1-3 times daily; from 7 years - 5 ml 2-6 times daily. A 5 ml measuring spoon is included in the package (5 ml = approx. 1 teaspoon). It is advisable to consult a doctor or a practitioner of Chinese medicine. We recommend taking it 5 days a week and skipping 2 days. Take the syrup on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal), and drink it with water or weak green tea.
